I absolutely love this campground. The location is perfect to see upper, middle, and lower falls and you’re only 30 mins from Burney. It’s always a great vibe. Very family friendly while still being a good time for the adults.

Clean, well kept and easy access. But no privacy. I didn't stay there but it's probably best suited for a camper. Van, or small trailer. Make a reservation and try it out!

This place is almost perfect, except the vault toilets: they're full of flies and no nearby showers I wouldn't camp here unless I have one of those dry flush portable toilets.

Beautiful campground surrounded by pine trees. Each campsite comes with a fire ring, table & benches, and a bear-safe locker. We were lucky to reserve one of the best spots (#35) in the campground 2 months before our stay. Like others mentioned, there are no flushing toilets or showers so if you stay here during the hottest month in the summer, staying clean might be challenging unless you bring a shower tent. Our campsite is tucked away at a corner and provides plenty of privacy from surrounding sites if you want to take a quick rinse out in the woods. Restrooms are further away but this is ideal for us (smell is unbearable). There is a water spigot right across from us but beware of the yellowjackets hiding inside the faucet. Water is safe for consumption and stays nice and cool in the summer.

How close is the river to the camp sights?

Gary Faulk | Jul 31, 2021
Joshua Sanchez | Aug 1, 2021

The river is right next to the campgrounds. You have to walk down river to get to the lower falls and up the path from the campgrounds to get to the middle falls

I see that the campsite's only allow 2 cars. Is there a possibility of allowing a third small car at the same site?
