Service department is horrible. Every update is contrast to the previous one, one minute all parts are in and a week later final parts come in. They want to keep your vehicle to get more money from your insurance company. Never servicing my vehicle with them again.

Absolutely straightforward, diligent service center. Gave exceptional extra care when one of their suppliers messed up. In these days nothing gets done quickly but they are honest and above board with their estimates and deliver on time. Each time I've had a car there it has come back like brand new.

When the bumper on my BMW was damaged in an accident, I was sure that it would never look perfect again I was heartbroken. I did my research and Prime Collision was highly regarded in the automotive industry. In particular with luxury vehicles. Mike had to listen to me whine about my insurance company and how frustrated I was with them. He was always patient and reassuring with me. He promised a good outcome. When I got the car back I was so pleased that it really looks like nothing happened to it! Amazing!! That small job was treated with the same care and talent as if it was a grander vehicle. Thank you so much Mike for the great job. Still I hope I don’t have to bring it in again!

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received at Prime Collision! My car required extensive work after it was hit in a parking lot and the staff kept me updated the entire time. Shawn was even nice enough to cover my loaner when it went passed the days my insurance would cover due to delay of parts which was out of his control. My car looks like it did the first day I bought it! The detailing that they did inside and out was amazing and you would never know I got hit. Thank you so much Prime Collision! I would definitely use you again and send family and friends to you!

Prime Collision Center does not have an afterhours drop box. Arrangements can be made to drop off at one of our local dealerships with extended business hours. Please call to discuss.
Prime Collision provides a shuttle service in the local area but does not offer "loaner" vehicles. We do have an Enterprise Car Rental located right in our office.
Customers are updated on a regular basis based on duration of repair and customers preference.
Collision repair duration varies greatly based on the amount of damage, parts availability, workload, and the insurance carrier involved but can be anywhere from a few days to a few months.
Customers may always pay for repairs without insurance (out of pocket).
Repairs covered by insurance include vehicle collisions (accidents) whether single vehicle or more. "Comprehensive" claims which include vandalism, weather related damage and animal strike (this includes glass only claims).
Prime Collision works with ALL insurance providers.
CALL and tell them. If you need to bring it back they are very accommodating.
They re replace whatever you need to be replaced
