Considering the other reviews I guess I came during the wrong shift because the young lady w/ the nose piercings didn’t know how to charge my credit card. I logged in to show her that my card was not overdue, the balance was zero and that I have my full credit all she could do is shrug her shoulders and say I don’t know not offering any help Nor did she go get her manager. I left to call the call center not realizing it’s memorial day so they are closed. I only gave two stars bc they did greet me when I walked in, but that was the friendliest gesture that I received.

I just have to give a shout-out to the lovely young african american woman working in the store! she was just so sweet and very kind. I have been having a rough time and just her cheerfulness made my visit a million times better. i wish her nothing but the best and hope she is doing well! ♥️

My shopping experience was just fine. I was greeted, I was overlooking the product I was looking for and the lady working directed me right to it. But I'm leaving this review because she remained very collected and as professional as anyone could have been on this beautiful Sunday with an unruly customer. So basically she greeted a customer with a perfectly fine welcome as the customer walked in. It was evident the customer was uncouth and had an attitude that originated prior to entering the store. But whatever. Some people are naturally nasty. The customer gave the employee a nasty stare/glare. The employee looked unkempt and unrefined anyway and to be honest her negative, unwarranted facial expression matched. The employee was merely doing her job by giving a nice greet. So the customer leaves shortly after and out of nowhere snatches the front door open, clearly shocking the many of us in line, and aggressively asked the employee "what's yo name?" To which the employee says Tasha. Employee demonstrated no attitude. Then the customer released the door and hobbled off like the rude gargoyle she was. I just wanted to share that Tasha really handled that woman well and kept her cool. The world should be like Tasha.
