I had a terrible experience at this location. I asked an associate for help and she waved me off. I asked her to call someone to help me if she was busy, she told me to look again, instead of picking up the phone that was literally 5 inches away from her and calling for someone to help me. Upon the 3rd time of me looking on the isle she sent me to and still not finding my product, I had to beg her to call someone. The person she called to help did not have a smock or name tag on. I thought he was another customer and I walked right by him earlier. If he was dressed properly I would have asked him for help and wouldnt have even had to bother anyone else. My product was sold out and I was told I could not order it. The associate then walked away from me with not a care in the world. I had to chase the associate down and asked could I buy the display, he told me it was already sold. There was not a sold sign on the product so I asked him to double check. He then called the manager and then said it is not for sale. I told him it had a price tag on it, he told me in a very disrespectful manner that nobody purchases displays. I asked for the manager to come to the scene, she came and sold me the product. It felt as if I had to beg the employees of Roses to purchase something. I am very disappointed in this location.

The employees are usually always friendly but today not so much my mother and I went to the register I said hello to the cashier she said nothing, she just continued to type or write whatever she was doing so I put our merchandise on the counter, she proceeds to ring stuff up she still doesn't acknowledge me or my mother. My son and his friend had juice in their hands my mother said (out loud) what about their juice? I told my mother (out loud) I will get their juice after she's done ringing up everything, the cashier who I believes name is GLADIS; looked at me and said very rudely, they Have juices are you gonna ring those up. Then she said to my mother there are no returns or exchanges on undergarments, we said ok. A black woman came into our line and the cashier said hi to her then a black couple walk in the store and she says welcome to roses to them mind you I'm mixed and my mother is white. After my mother pays and the cashier gives her the receipt my mother turns to walk away and is motioned back to the counter the chashier takes the receipt from my mothers hands and marks it out and tells her "just to make sure there are no returns or exchanges on undergarments". It doesn't take a genius to notice she's racist and it's said that people like that are employed. I hope that Gladis will be in a better mood next time we visit or I won't be so friendly.

I was quite disgusted with how unprofessional the crew was. My 13 year old daughter wanted to try on some Easter dresses. When she asked for assistance the Black lady ignored my child completely. I asked and was told, " I am busy!" My daughter politely asked again, once again was told she was too busy. After a half hour of trying to receive assistance and waiting by the dressing room. The same Black lady that ignored my daughter walks to the dressing room doors and opens a door for another Black woman. My daughter handled her Discrimination very well. I have never been so proud of my daughter, she looked at the Rose's employee, smiled and walked away from the dressing room. I was extremely proud of her for not stooping to her level. The Rose's employee had a problem with my biracial child. When my husband approach this woman who deliberately refused to help our daughter and myself, he figured since he is black she would help. The employee acknowledged my husband but ignored us. With that being said, I approached my husband with the employee next to him and she tried to hide in the clothes on the back wall once she realized my husband and I were together. You should be ashamed of yourself for making a sweet little girl cry, just because she is biracial. I will never shop in your store again.

All the cashiers except two have attitudes. I choose to go in there only if I have to. I spend the extra at another store just to avoid that type of negativity.
