My children and I were verbally abused my the cashier Lorenzo, he wanted to get me and second carriage and I said no because I had my toddler in the current one. He then proceeded to yell at me and get too close to me and my children. He also took the customer behind me and did not check me out. I asked for his manager and refused to get one. I had to call the store and asked for one to come to lane #2 . he then proceeded to yell and I asked Bernadette for a different cashier because I felt unsafe for me and my children. Finally I left my groceries on the belt and left the store. Wasted 2 1/2 hours of my day! I spoke to ALEX store manger and hopefully cashiers are trained better. taking my money to Costco!

Meant to write this several months ago. Just forgot. I was in the market for a laptop and had zero clue on what to buy. Went to BJs in Revere and it was pretty busy with no help insight. Until a guy named Navid carrying empty boxes approached me asking me if I need help. Looking at him, my thought was "what the hell does this guy know about technology." To my surprise he knew a lot. He use to be in the IT field and spent a good 20min answering all my questions. I confidently bought the laptop and he even told me if he has anymore questions to come back and they can have him paged if he was working. I went back to that store last week to see if I should add more memory to the laptop and to my disappointment, he does not work there anymore and I found no one to help me either.

I came to this place to buy 4 new tires 5:15 pm they still open until 8:pm but the guy said I can’t due. They not even have one customer. Not even inside. Than i tell him but you don’t have nothing to do right now, than he said I have to do everything. I so frustrated. Don’t waste your time to going there!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon (10/31/21) as soon as I get in this lady with black hair and blonde highlights greeted me so rude and threw a napkin to disinfect the cart at me. And I saw her hand it to other customers, but to me? she threw it so disrespectful. She was very rude to me and my family also! had a big attitude.! Customers need to be treated with respect! I love being a loyal customer, always have been. Been coming to this certain store for a while, but I am beyond shocked with how I was treated!

The BJ's in Revere does not have hearing aids. The have a vision department.
