my experience was an absolute nightmare beyond the interactions with the salesperson Sokol who was amazing. The finance manager Luke was a crook who initially denied that Toyota was running any promo rates (after running my credit twice through 3rd party lenders), and the following day when I found proof that Toyota was running a promo and confronted him about it his response was "At this dealership, we do not run promo rates, we only do standard rates". Luke refused to acknowledge that he had wronged me by not running my credit through Toyota financial even though when I initially sat down to go over purchasing the vehicle had asked about the Toyota promotion that was available when I initially ordered the vehicle, he later say that I did not ask about financing through Toyota. I resulted to calling Corporate, which was directed to the GM Matthew Martin was equally deplorable as he was downright rude and even attempted to victimize himself when I informed him that I was not pleased with the service beyond the help that I was given by Sokol, he responded "Go ahead and give a bad review , Ill take whatever lashing from the owner of the dealership because that is obviously what you want to happen. This was by far the worst car buying experience that I have ever had throughout my years.

We drove one hour away from lower Fairfield County to Middletown Toyota and it is worth to drive. This got to be the one of the most seamless experiences that I ever had buying my brand new car from a dealer. I was skeptical at first, however I was very pleased with the process from the trade in to the new purchase, Sokol the sale advisor that assisted me was a honest, straight forward and pleasant. Rey at the finance department was also straight forward on everything. I STRONGLY recommend this dealer to anyone in the market for a new car.
