I came in to pickup my license plate as I am out of state. The initial person at the front desk was very rude. After telling her what I was there for, she rolled her eyes and replied back in a snarky tone. She started to list out all of the …I am sorry to hear that your experience was less than exceptional. Can you please tell me what office you were at so I may address our standards of customer service.

First time PA IDs and Real IDs must be done at a PennDot Driver's License Center. We can provide a camera card but we are not a Photo Center and cannot take your picture. Please call us at 717-532-3764 if you need more information. Thank you.
