I had an enjoyable experience. I recently moved to the area and I was coming up on the end of my lease (Nissan Pathfinder). This dealership knows customer service. They treated me like a king - took care of my needs, made the whole process really seamless. Was even nice enough for me to test drive the car all the way to my house (to impress/seek approval from the Mrs.). Big shout out to Todd who took care of me during this time. I'm happy to say this is my 5th consecutive Nissan car so I'm loyal to the brand. I would definitely recommend this dealership if your in the market for a car.

Ricky and Frank were great. Ricky handled my appointment to the best of his ability while also spending time looking at cars with me until I found the perfect Nissan. He was not pushy one bit and did his best to get me in the car that day. Frank worked with me to his best of ability to find the best price while also getting me financed.

This is my second time leasing from Napoli and my experience was great! My sister and I worked with Ricky Mills. We scheduled an appointment with him but right off the bat we walked in and he had a table set aside with all of our paperwork ready to go! He didn’t try to push us into something we didn’t want, and we both left with two new vehicles at a great price!! Frank in financing was also great, both made the whole process easy and quick. We’ll definitely be leasing/financing again in the future with Napoli 😊

I LOVE coming here for service. The service department is amazing and for a Saturday the wait wasn’t too long. Super efficient and knowledgeable. A+++ My issue is with the sales team. Yes, we were there for service but we are still Nissan customers. When we walked in, the gentleman at the door in burnt orange pants and his air pods couldn’t be bothered to say hello/good morning. There was just an unwelcome vibe in the atmosphere the whole time. I had a question about a new vehicle and didn’t feel comfortable approaching anyone on the sales team. This is my 3rd Nissan from Napoli but I will not lease here again.
