Extremely poor service! Tried to drop off some jewelry that I wanted to sell, and they wanted me to make an appointment. They told me “that’s just the way it is”! Not willing to help the customer in any way…I would not recommend this place for anything! My late wife used to shop there but I wish I would have know how difficult they were to work with. That’s ok, there is a shop in Chalotte that will allow me to drop off and they will sort and sell for me. Revente lost out on selling 200 pair of Tory Burch shoes because they would allow me to drop off. Stay away from this place!

I had a wonderful shopping experience at this boutique today. Nice designer selection reasonably priced. The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. My merchandise was packaged very nicely.

I had never sold with them before. When I walked in they just took the stuff out of my arms and brought it to the back room. I brought my items in on hangers (they kept those not like it's a big deal but still) I told them I needed explanation as to how it worked. One lady went through the process super quick plus they don't tell you that they take $10 out of the first sale. (I had to read about that later) I had a dress NWT $790.00 and they sold it for $35. So all in all not much explanation, they just brushed off any questions, didn't tell me about the fees and wouldn't tell me how much they were going to price my stuff at. I actually really really regret selling there. I easily could of sold one of my item elsewhere for way more. Not too mention the slew of other bad reviews. I wish I would if looked into the reviews first. Bad customer service seems to be an ongoing theme. Maybe ya'll should work on that.

Im not recommending you shop or drop your clothing at this store. They are very unorganized. I've made 3 attempts, driving 25 minutes each time, to drop off my clothing with no luck. 1st time they weren't taking fall. Understandable. Next time i went back on the date they were accepting & was told the date was pushed back to Sept 4th. Right now, which is my third & last attempt, they have 3 people working, barely any inventory & turned me away AGAIN, saying I need an appointment. They didnt make any attempt to accommodate me! No wonder they don't have inventory! This rediculousness just cost them 4 clients. Regarding your response I see you deleted; An apology is useless if you're using it to tell me how wrong i am. Did you even review my account? Ive never had appointment. I offered to leave my bags there & you review when you have time, which I have done before. Your refined process needs refining! Why not ask me the first and/or second time I was in "would you like to make an appointment?" The answer is because you are are no longer interested in customer service. Sounds like at 26 years in business, you think you can do no wrong.

The consignor receives 40% of the selling price unless it is a high end item. Appointments are required if you have more than 25 items. More information can be found on our website at www.shoprevente.com
Yes, we are a consignment shop and also have some new accessories (jewelry, scarves, etc). Popular, boutique and designer labels.
