We had a great experience with Amy's beginner class! She was incredibly helpful and had great tips for training our very enthusiastic pit mix, with laughs along the way!

Couldn't ask for a more patient and informed trainer. All positive reward based training. Even in group training, Amy spends the time with individual students/dogs and their owners concerns. We truly appreciate her and wouldn't think twice about recommending her. You and your dog will have a much better relationship. Amy really is training the humans first so we can train our dogs. Her classes are humerus and engaging. Thank you Amy for all the help with our dogs.

If I could give a thousand stars I would!! My husband and I cannot recommend Amy more. She is the third trainer we have hired for our very special, highly sensitive and reactive pup, and I can absolutely say that third time is the charm. One of the many reasons why we love Amy is her ability to effortlessly change direction at the slightest indication from our pup's comfort level or ability. She is not a one method fits all kind of trainer, and will use her expertise to match the needs of the pup and their human together. It's a very special person who not only understands the dog so thoroughly, but can also understand people and train them how to behave, and she is that person! Amy has helped both us and our special boy to better understand each other through really comprehensive education. Seriously, if it's your thing, she has endless books and videos to recommend that really helped us to learn how our dog is communicating with us, which allows us to learn from him what is and isnt working. We still have a long way to go, but finally we feel like there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and see more and more glimpses of it every day. Please, if you have any doubts about your pups behavior or training, call Amy!

Amy has been working with my two dogs for a little over a month now. We contacted her because one of our dogs has really bad anxiety and was miserable walking on a leash. After only two sessions at our house with Amy, he is a different dog. We still have some work to do but she has been so helpful and really helped us change his demeanor. She is friendly and very flexible with her schedule. I can't wait to see what our dogs are like a year from now. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for some training for their dogs. She is amazing!!
