Kind of cool if you’re into short, fat trees. Everyone was really nice, but tripping over stumps in search of a tree taller than my waist, wasn’t the tree experience I was looking for. Not tree shaming, but I’ve never seen a farm of trees as tall as they are wide.

First time at the farm. We walked around acres of trees on the hunt to find the perfect tree for us. We found one!!! We waved down a couple young men in a farm truck, they came over tagged our tree. We were able to pay them right there in the field. Great easy experience. We will be going to pick it up in couple weeks. Cant wait!! Lots of trees still available don’t wait you might miss out on a good one.

Large selection of trees, and beautiful decor. I was slightly disappointed that the staff didn't tie our tree down for us. The staff just sat the tree on top of our car and left it there. Our kids were in the car waiting while we paid, so it was completely accessible to the staff. Then the staff just stood there and watched while we tried to squeeze the tree into our trunk to get it home, because they didn't give us anything to tie it ourselves and we didn't have anything in our car to tie it down. Every other tree farm I've been to did this for us, so it was unusual in my opinion.

Mixed review: What an aesthetically pleasing place! 5 stars for that. Service, when we got it, was also 5 stars. What was unfortunate were some of the elements of the process of finding a tree. It is a vast place with a wide variety to choose from, so I was surprised it took us so long to find a tree. Evidently they open months in advance for people to tag their trees (but collect in December). So the trees we preferred (in the fields we were given access to) were already taken. Finding a person to help once you do locate a tree is difficult. They are very nice, just have a different system (I was expecting to be able to cut it ourselves as we had the other farm we've used). You can be all alone for quite a long time, waiting for the guy to price the tree and cut it for you. No one explained the pre-tagged trees at first, so that was confusing. Tractor ride to the fields: 5 stars. We had a fun time, eventually found a tree (not as nice as the pre-tagged, but nice enough), and didn’t pay too much....but I can easily imagine other people not faring as well if they aren’t prepared for how it works. I don’t think I want to Christmas tree shop in October to get the best tree. I’m sure their system is what works for them as a beloved long standing family business, and is based on reasons I’m unaware of, but it made for a mixed experience, for us, anyway....especially since we went the day after Thanksgiving, thinking we were early!
