Joshua was a fantastic sales rep at All American Ford. He is excited about the car that leads to the sale. He was showing me neat things about my hybrid from the test drive and made sure all features are configured to my liking. The only time I had to wait was when the car was being detailed after everything was said and done. Great rep to work with.

good luck trying to get a service appointment.... still using covid as an excuse. you tell them you have a transmission slipping on a new car and they say 2 months wait. what a joke!

I feel like i got scammed after a simple oil change. They will provide you the low price online to draw you in, however, after the service they will add in bunch of weird prices here and there to over charge you. My experience with other dealers for service was straight forward and they stay true to the price that they provide. But my experience with Hackensack ford, they are dishonest with the price. Unless you want to get scammed, I wouldnt recommend anyone to take their business to this place. BTW, their service advisor was nice, I feel like it's their system, that is built to rip ppl off.

They are nice people but unfortunately they take wayyyyy to long for a simple oil change.... They need to really honor your appointment time and try their best to take care of your car. I waited almost 3 hours for an oil change. Never again. Btw the main receptionist is such a nice person she is awesome.
