Only for ASHLEY in Thomaston! I started my morning off returning and purchasing fencing in Newnan. (Alice and the manager were great in Newnan if only the back staff had listened to Alice when she said they didn't have the fencing).. I got home, over an hour away and they gave me the wrong fencing. I immediately drove to Thomaston, which is much closer. Initially the manager said I needed to drive back to Newnan but Ashley saved me. Honestly I was crabby at this point but she was very patient, kind, and understanding. Considering the lack of help that she has available to her with no one in the building that can drive a fork lift, she did everything in her power to take care of the problem!! Which meant dragging it out of my SUV by hand.. It is very hard for companies to find people like her, willing to go over and beyond. If I go back to Tractor Supply it will only be because if her.. Thank you Ashley!!
