I have worked in restaurants a very long time and i understand people make mistakes and my order was wrong and was tight for time so after going through the drive thru I didn’t have time to go in a get my order fixed it was a huge mistake I ate it but what I order was way more expensive than what I got. I nicely called to talk to the manager and just let them know to keep an eye out to make sure peoples orders were correct. The manage was extremely rude and hung up on me and when I called back he called me a Karen. I wasn’t even upset was just trying to help them out so they don’t get more peoples order incorrect. But he didn’t want to hear it. Maybe I should have stormed in a thrown a Karen scene but that’s not who I am. If anyone knows the franchise owner for this location I would love to talk to them about management.

All my breakfast food tasted hot and fresh. Also the lady expediting orders for the counter & mobile orders was very nice. She was working with a smile, and seemed friendly, helpful, personable & polite. Thank you for starting my day and week with a smile & hot food to-go fast!

This restaurant was clean, neat, not crowded and had MANY devices that let you order electronically without waiting in line. Although I don't know the cashier's name (I was there at 2:00 P.M.) She was VERY PLEASANT, HELPFUL PATIENT and KIND !!!

5/14/22 - the guys that work the overnight shift work hard to get you fresh food. They have good workers... no one likes working the night shift so given that, their attitudes are awesome. Also they don’t forget the sauce!
