I have been coming here for couple months now, very close to home, clean place. Tiffany does my nails which I love, but unfortunately for pedicure service be careful who handles you. Some girls seem to always be in a rush & rude! Today the girl said she will take me after my nail service and all she did was make faces because I had gel polish on my toes! She wanted to “used the file machine” but I told her in spanish & English to soak off polish.WHAT WAS THAT FOR!!! She made another rude face,gets up looks at the time when it was only 5:11! Girls get paid up to closing time so what is the rush! Another pedicure lady explains why she wanted to use the machine because she has to go home! Like WHAT!At this point I refused service from her! Considering it was too much of her time! Insane how no one there seem to care or apologize she had a attitude with a customer because I ask for a soak off to my gel polish? No management skills what so ever when the owner isn’t there! When I paid the lady who charges me at the register,I’m explaining how unprofessional it was to accept a pedicure service and then have a attitude! She says nothing to me,but had alot to say when I called back to inform them it was waste of my time to wait longer than 45 mins and she continues to go back & forth with me as I didn’t wait that time!Lady works in the back room 98% of the time like who are you anyways to act in “charge” lol?? Please learn how to tell TIME if you were there! Nails were done at 4:10! I sat on the chair at 5:05! Please add that up! Thats besides the point! No apology either & I go here a lot!The fact of the attitude because girl was in such a rush & the attitude on the phone? I even referred my friend and she said the same thing with the “rushing & attitudes”!Place definitely needs better management skills and/or customer service training!

I love ladhimar. She is your girl if you want good manicure.Deepika fixed my eyebrows which was ruined by other place ,they are professional and good at their jobs ....little expensive though lol
