My mom and I wanted to use her gift certificate that she got for her birthday, so she booked an appt for both of us, which was like two weeks out. She wanted a mani-no polish and hand reflexology, and I wanted a mani with regular polish. She told this to them in the original booking. We showed up and were seated, my nails were done fairly fast, but there was no where to sit and wait for them to dry. My mom got her nails and cuticles trimmed and when she asked about her reflexology the tech said she didn't have time, and when my mom had called, she should have asked for it in the booking(which she did). The total for both of us was $52, which was not a fair price for what services were received. Neither of us will be returning to this salon.

Part 2 of my post... posting what my nails look like. $20 to anyone who can tell me what shape this is supposed to be and why someone who owns a nail business doesn’t know how to shape and paint nails properly??? Even I can do that & I didn’t go to school for it... awkward. I would be ashamed and embarrassed of myself if I owned a nail salon and sent someone home like this.

Let me start off by saying that I have never written a review for anything, but after this I knew I had to. I brought both my daughters in and they had two completely different experiences. One had her nails turn out great, the other did not. My oldest daughter’s nail technician was friendly and did a wonderful job. My younger daughter was unhappy with her nails and told the nail tech while she was getting them done that they were not turning out the way she had hoped. While getting her nails done, she felt rushed and every time she wanted to make a suggestion, she was immediately shot down. The nails were completely uneven and lumpy. Instead of apologizing, the nail tech got defensive and aggressive. I was very displeased with the customer service. They never even tried to make it right. We asked what our options were to have the nails fixed and the nail tech was extremely upset. Her behavior made both of my daughters uncomfortable and left the place crying. It is unfortunate that they at the very least did not try to fix them. We will not be returning.
