I have to give our experience a 1 star. We drove 7 kids over 35 minutes to the Skyzone located in Lakewood, NJ. This has to be the third time coming here and the Dodgeball Court is NEVER Staffed. All of these kids waiting for the court to open. Went to the front desk and was told they sent staff home so they don’t have enough people. But, at the time there was two people behind front desk and three at the desk next to the front door. Why charge full price? If they aren’t keep staff working then what are we paying for exactly? Our kids were totally bummed.

This place is horrible. Brought 10 boys up for a birthday and all they wanted to do is play dodgeball. Get there and dodgeball closed and people at desk state they are understaffed. Many employees standing around doing nothing. Basketball area has no staff kids hanging on rims, cutting lines, and pulling each other’s pants down. Besides dodgeball many things were broken, drinks spilled everywhere, and a complete zoo. Never coming back.

This puddle of whatever was sitting here for 53 min... Kids just running through it and then jumping into foam pits..... I am not one to leave reviews nor am I one to complain however the situation presented itself.................... Make sure your kids go home and take a shower with selsun blue....... Place reminds me of a dirty wrestling mat....

Kids had a good time but party was chintzy. The party was from 1-3 and by 2:40 they had taken all the food and drink away and tried to kick us out. I told the hostess that the kids were thirsty and hot and she.told.me.to use the water fountain. Really?

You should arrive 45 minutes prior to a party

I think they're already open despite what it says online. I took my kids last week earlier than what it says online. Call and double check

Ticket depend on the time that you wanted the kids to play the range from 20 to 28 a person with Time 1 hour to 3 hours the max is 28 per person for 3 hours
