I had a terrible accident and killed off my colony. I spoke with George, originally wanted to buy a replacement queen. He spent almost an hour wanted to know what the root cause was and not just trying to sell me a bee like other stores. I ended up driving an hour to his farm to meet him. He spent another 30min to teach me about syrup and bee setup. What a nice guy!!!
