Worst experience ever to try to return a gift my daughter bought me. She lives out of state and I only purchase items on line. It was a gift that cost several hundred dollars and I wanted to be able to shop on line for something of equal value. Manager and employees were rude and dismissive and would only give me an instore gift card. Friends and family will no longer be buying gifts for relatives from Target. It was such a frustrating experience. Don't have this problem when returning a gift from other stores. All I asked for was the white gift card so I could take my time and shop online. How ridiculous!!

Great store - clean, great products, helpful and friendly staff. We always find what we’re looking for. The quality of the products are great. The staff are very friendly and always greet you with a smile.

Extremely short staffed and disgusting store. Never any cashiers on register and they rely too heavily on self checkout. Never coming here again

My daughter received a gift from a family member which was bought in Valley Stream NY. The item was a Cricut iron at a cost of $189.99. She opens a perfectly sealed box to find some packaging and a bottle of Ocean Spray cranberry juice. Called corporate who said repackage and return to your local store. I said no since I didn't want to be put into that situation. They then said to show to local store and gave me a confirmation number and $10 GC for my troubles. Well, came to store and was told that unless I take it back to Valley Stream, a 90 min drive, they cant help me and Target email with confirmation # means nothing to them. Well, after a few minutes of back and forth (which was frustrating and embarrassing since i did nothing to have go thru this whole run around) Jake the manager approved an instore exchange. Thank you Jake. Gave a three star for being made to feel like I was in wrong for the first 10 min. Not a super fun time. Lower level staff should defer to manager sooner and not make things personal. When a customer who comes in and is being honest about something they could have just returned w/o saying a word, don't treat then like they're the ones in the wrong.
