I ordered a pizza and a coca cola for delivery. The delivery driver showed up with a Pepsi. A Pepsi!? I would never. I asked the driver to take the Pepsi back. Without me even asking the driver came back 15 minutes later with my coca cola. 12/10 customer service. Will order again.

As a manager and an employee, I understand that a lot of businesses are understaffed and “critically injured”, however I do still believe in customer service excellence even when understaffed, especially being a local business. Not only was the female employee rude while taking my order, with having no patience for me to get my payment method, but when I asked for her name she gladly handed the phone over to the owner, who was not only rude in explaining why his employee was rude but was also telling me they are super busy and can’t handle the situation at hand. I was rudely hung up on and left speechless and baffled at how the owner himself handles his customers, if understaffed so critically maybe reconsider hours of operation or closing down till fully equipped with new staff who can handle being a customer friendly employee. Incredible how one day they’re staffed correctly and literally the next day they are “understaffed”. Was recommended by mom but will not be ordering here again. Good food but not worth the disappointing customer service. You’ll be eating you’re food mad.

Blue Jeans has some of the best pizza house pizza in Worcester. One time the owner personally drove a pizza to me halfway across town when they had made a mistake with my order. Great place

This company is great. Food and service is excellent. I work private security and I had to pull a 24 hour shift at my location and nothing around was open except for this place. They took my call and order and deliver it within 35 minutes from the time I placed the order the driver was nice and the lady on the phone was very helpful. Thank you guys so much for your service especially in the bad weather the delivery guy was great and on time. Thank you

It seems after reading all of the reviews the consensus is the owner is responsible for the way the customers are treated. Perhaps being in Worcester too long has jaded Steve and he needs to take a course on what quality customer service is. If you hate your customers, get out of the business or hire polite person knowledgeable in professionalism and quality customer service. Owning a restaurant and your main priority being your customers means they should be treated with dignity and respect because they provide you with your income at the end of the day.
