We had an new HVAC installed November 2021. Several months later (summer) we encountered a problem with the air handler unit. Plumbing and Air worked with us to troubleshoot and eventually replace it. It was a manufacturer issue, I believe. Plumbing and Air went above and beyond to take care of us. Every step of the way, the staff, installers and technicians were professional and courteous. We are customers for life and highly recommend this company. They stand behind their people and products.

The Plumbing & Air Service does excellent work every time. This time Jake and his teammate had to do a repair at one of my rental properties. They did an excellent job as usual. I wish I had found them years ago. I would have saved myself a lot of headaches. They are always very professional but also personable. Great people to work with. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing and HVAC work. I just found out they have branched out into electrical services so I will be using them for that also in the future.

The service and work done was excellent. The technicians, Sam and Mark were the BEST!! They were very courteous and took pride in what they do. The job was finished in a very timely manner, they cleaned up and removed everything to do with the installation of my new system and removed the old system. Sam took time to be certain I understood how to work the remote as well as how to set up, make changes, and use the wall mounted digital thermostat. I could not have experienced a better service. The Plumbing & Air Service Company gets 5 Stars!!

My hvac system just hit the 15 year mark and after several repairs over the last 3 years, I knew my time was limited. Unfortunately in February 2022, it all went out beyond repair. Something I have dreaded for a long time. I received 4 quotes on a new system. Two of them were from people who worked for themselves (1-2 man crew), the third a larger company near me and this company who is roughly 20-30 minutes away. While I did receive slightly lower quotes from the smaller crews, after working with Guy and going back and forth on a few things I had more than a handful of reasons to choose this company over all others. The crew who came out to install everything was top notch and while I can’t remember all of their names, Ricardo was fantastic and you can tell he really knows what he’s doing. To me for what all this company has to offer plus the customer service/customer engagement I’ve received so far along with the seamless process of getting everything all set up, I encourage anyone to consider this company.
