Whatever you do, do not shop with this company. I live in Mississippi (12 hours away) and I trusted this company to sale me my dream car, a Camaro ZL1 and this car is/was stout! I was told the car was detailed inside and outside. I paid $1,000 to have the car shipped via 18 wheeler, meaning the car was only driven up the ramp and down the ramp. When I received the car from the carrier, there was subway napkins, random screws, dust all over the dash, and accumulation of crumbs on both the passenger’s side and the driver’s side. I reached out to the salesman Nick and he basically told me I was lying and that’s not how they sent the car to me. I then reached out to the manager of salesman, Steve, and he told that I was lying, screamed obscenities, and then preceded to hang up in my face. Lastly, I reached out to the manager of the dealership, and he did the same! All I asked for was a voucher to have the interior of the car cleaned properly! Upon buying a certified pre-owned car, there’s no way I should’ve received it in that condition! I shouldn’t have to detail it myself as soon as I receive it! HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!!! There was no reason for me to lie about the condition I received the vehicle in! There was no apology given and I was gaslit by the entire company! Save yourself the headache and never buy your vehicle from here! Just a few photos i took of things I found under the seat.

From calling service and setting up an appointment, the service advisor (Kayla) worked with me 100% on getting the time slot I needed and the part. When I went to pick my jeep up, she greated me with a smile, talked me through what they did, and had me checked out within 10 minutes.

Had a good experience from the first call to the online team to sales to finance office 😃 Got a great looking truck at a price we were happy with. Probably the easiest vehicle buying process I've ever had and I've bought probably ten new vehicles. Only complaint is the detail department. Waited idk an hour for the truck only to have them not even vacuum it or clean all the glass. Looks like they quickly did the inside of the windshield with a dirty rag so I'm not happy I have to detail it the right way myself but... 🤷‍♀️ Too far to drive back for then to do it the right way like they offered.

Awesome buying experience! Jeff Hempel in Sales was great to work with, wasn't pushy and answered every question I had. Even after switching vehicles at the last minute he was a pleasure to deal with. Finance was a breeze and very accommodating with my needs. Highly recommend.
