Above and beyond. Not only did these guys take my bike without an appointment, but apart from aligning my front forks with handlebars, they adjusted my clutch lever and filled my tires back up to recommended psi. All this without them knowing that I had tried 6 other shops in the Raleigh area before coming to them. (Other shops didn't want to work on my 2020 Lifan KPM200 "because it's an off-brand".) It rides and handles like a dream now, and at a super reasonable price too.

Drove over from Garner to get two tires put on rims. Derrick met us at the front door and stopped what he was doing to mount our two tires for us. He knew we were from Garner and would have to return if he couldn’t get to them today. It’s really nice to see businesses that still care for their customers. The work was quick and reasonably priced. Definitely would recommend this shop for your motorcycle repair needs. They also carry a decent selection of good used bikes.

Needed new tires on my Sportster. Tried to take it to a different shop but was told I would have to remove the wheels myself. Found another shop that said it would take about 3 hours to change the tires and it was going to cost me about $100/hr. Cutter’s was recommended and I’m glad they were! They got my bike in and done within 2 hours and charged me much, much less than the other shop. My tires are in great shape and I’ll definitely go back here before going somewhere else
