This complex is beautiful, and the location is fabulous location too. Ocean views and just steps from the blue line MBTA. Justin was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the move-in process for my husband and I. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality apartment community with A+ amenities!

This is my experience for the past 3 years. Yes it is in a convenient location. But the lack of reciprocity from the people in charge isn't worth it. During the summer festivals it is so loud you won't be able to sleep. Meanwhile when it's not summer, your noisy neighbors will keep you up with their loud music. I've reached out several times and management never did anything about it. Their are dog droppings everywhere and tenants do not pick up after themselves. The building also smells of marijuana. Management has made efforts to write signs but it doesn't solve the issue. Would be nice if they added cameras in hallways. Also fire alarms go off constantly. I'm happy to be leaving soon.
