I went into this office to resolve a matter with getting my mother my fathers last SSI payment he died 05/06/19 and was paid for the month April on May 8th, and when they realized he had passed away they took the direct deposit back. I went into this office and the nice lady researched it for about 3 or 4 minutes filled out the form for my mother so all she had to do was sign it, had it back and they will issue the payment again. Very satisfied with the exceptional service.

I haven't been there yet, but I called to make an appointment. The phone was answered promptly and I spoke to woman named Colleen. She couldn't have been nicer. Very helpful.

I went to change my last name after marriage. I entered and checked-in at the kiosk, then before I even fully sat down I was called over and helped by a polite worker. I had filled out the application at home and had my documents ready so the process was very quick and easy.

Can I make an appointment for urgent matter at the oHanover office?
What are the hours on tuesday
Yes closed to walk-ins you have to call
Hanover on Columbia Street the closest I'd say. But they are currently temporarily closed due to covid until further notice. Thats what I was told by a representative on the phone. Frustrating because I can't do what I need to until they do open
yes can sign up but call and set up appointment and find out what documents you need to bring with you. they do take walking but then you may need to do a second trip if you need something.
yes
Yes... mask required, ticket kiosk available for your turn, electronic screen announces your place and those with appts do take priority. Day I went, had a 15 min wait...no issues!
Yes, They Still Don't Do Walk Ins.
You have to call the number for the office you want but they are mostly working remote and doing business by mail or online. Frustrating!
1 hour wait, then they send it to you in the mail 7-10daus later.
From his previous employer, or his date of record with social security. Most people tend to retire on or around work anniversaries, or milestone birthdates, 62,65, or 67
It's up a long driveway, set far back from the road
I have no idea. Sorry. Check the website.
I would like to think so. Try it.
You don't need an appointment, just walk in
No you do not need an appointment, I went at 2pm on a Thursday only waited about 15 minutes
He may be able to have you do that as long as you are requesting the replacement card to be mailed to his address. Also you may be able to apply for a replacement card online. Hope this helps

Well ot all depends if you been denied on several occasions, and you think you still disable and they find you not disable you would benefit of an attorney to help proved your incapacitated to work they will only charge you if they win the case and is only like 10 percent.👍
There is a very small parking lot in front, I think more in back.
