Really pretty inside and really nice employees but the bagels are not great. I ordered double egg and cheese on an everything. Barely any egg, bagel wasn't anything special (only had sesame, onion, and rye seeds) and didnt seem fresh although I got there at 8 am. Side note I have never had an everything with rye seeds and am not a fan.

UPDATED JUNE 6 - After my review, I received a text message from the owner promising me a gift card. I could care less about the gift card, but I never received it and now he has blocked me. Was in there this morning, and the woman who has been there a long time, was in the supply closet, came out, took my order and never changed the gloves she was wearing while in the supply closet. The owner swears he tells them to change their gloves so either he's lying (which I doubt) or his employees (some of them) aren't the brightest. Don't give him a less than 5 star review or he will question it. And if you give him a good review, don't expect the gift card he promises to send. Best bagels around by far! Sometimes the service can be a bit slow, but I'm sure, like many other places, it's difficult to find good (or any) help these days! But the bagels are good so it's worth the wait.

I think this place was nice. The reviews are polarized saying they were too slow. Here’s our experience: we all order bagels except me who gets a wrap. The place is super super busy. People getting bagels by the dozen. All my friends get their food quickly and it’s absolutely delish! But I’m still waiting. We have an airport to go to go I just ask if I can get a bagel instead. He makes it for me right then and gives it to me for free! It might be slow but the bagels are really good, that’s why it’s so busy! I would definitely recommend.
