Friday was my first experience with bringing my dog eddy to westford for emergency care and I am so happy I decided to bring him here instead of where we usually bring out pets for emergent care. The staff was so compassionate, friendly, and welcoming. They told me I could call whenever I wanted and however much I wanted for an update on him, to which I definitely took them up on. Shortly after getting an update I got a text from them and when I opened it they had sent me a photo of my little boy and it just made my heart so happy. They knew how upset and worried I was and a simple gesture of sending a photo meant the world to me. I’ve never had that experience elsewhere. If I ever need to bring my dog or any other future pets to the emergency again, I know where I’m going from here on out. Thank you so much for being so amazing during a very difficult time in my life. Keep up the amazing work!!

Westford Veterinary Emergency team saved my dog’s life. We brought in my dog Lincoln with what we correctly assumed was bloat. They took him in immediately, the vet we spoke to was calm, soft spoken, honest yet reassuring. At 3:45 AM we got a text message, they had sent us a photo of my dog awake and recovering, and I have never in my life been so appreciative of a late night text. Every single person that cared for my dog showed us and him compassion and dedication and we are forever appreciative of all of you, and your stellar care of our “goodest boy”. Thank you for everything you do!!

Usually pretty packed when I’ve been in, but I assume it’s because of their service. They were very kind and helpful each time I’ve been in, which has been about three or four times. I just realized I never left a review in the past, but I wanted to make sure to do so because of my most recent visit with them. At the end of last month, we unfortunately had to visit the ER for a sad reason. We woke up and our cat Binx, who was almost 12 years old, was in distress. I’m absolutely devastated that he did not make it, but the staff were very sympathetic and helpful to me and my boyfriend. They made sure to give us as much time as needed to grieve in the family room, with and without out baby boy. They also waited until we were ready to fill out paperwork and choose what urn and other options we wanted. I was told it would take about a week, if not a little more to get my cat’s ashes returned, however he passed away on Sunday and the ER called me that Thursday with everything ready. I was so happy that he was returned sooner than expected to us. We are so grateful that they handled everything with care, and even sent a sympathy card to follow. Thank you so much to the staff at Westford Veterinary ER!

The staff , everyone from the doctors to the front desk are absolute angels. They saved my cats life when he had a urinal block, and what’s impressed me the most is the 24/7 walk in, text help, and phone help available. I have literally called/texted them probably 100x at this point several days into his recovery with questions and concerns, they are always kind and happy to help me out, even finishing out each convo w “please call us back anytime if you have any more concerns”. My cat is recovering well so far, we are both forever grateful for the staff here.

Yes. They want the charge up front, though. They will charge you when you walk in for an exam, and then again once they do everything else that needs to be done. Fantastic place! Saved my dog!
Yes! Laser therapy is painless (many patients even find it relaxing) and can be applied to wide range of neurologic and orthopedic conditions seen in our physical rehabilitation patients.
Yes we do! The underwater treadmill is a great tool for many rehabilitation patients with both neurologic and orthopedic ailments. The buoyancy of the water supports the weight of the patient, taking strain off painful or weak areas.
Yes we do! We are open 24/7 365 days a year.
