Went looking to switch from an s10 to a Pixel. None of their pixels were working. The salesman tells me if I buy a Pixel it'll be $40 a month for 36 months, I'll have to buy a new charger because if I use any old chargers, they'll destroy the battery, and that I'll have to pay them a $175 fee for switching my SIM cards and data on top of paying the sales tax. It seemed incredibly fishy. I told the associate that I wanted to look at a working phone before I bought one, and was told no other Verizon has them because of a shortage. I went to the Verizon in Bellingham and found out the Franklin store was upcharging like mad and lying through their teeth. The Bellingham associate laughed when I told him what the Franklin store said. I got the phone I wanted for $24 a month and no extra fees. I will never step foot in the Franklin Verizon again. Save yourself time and money and go to the one in Bellingham.

I cannot say enough for the wonderful customer service I received at the Verizon Store in Franklin MA today. Issac went above and beyond to help me choose a phone that would be good for me. He took the time to explain everything in detail about the phone, explained all the billing information and set the phone up for me. He even connected the bluetooth in my car to the phone!! I walked out of the store confident in my knowledge of my new purchase. I would highly recommend this store.

I went to the Bellingham office and waited 40 min but never was able to speak to a Verizon Rep. So I headed over to Franklin location. Greeted by Isaac immediately. I wanted to add a new line to our account and get a new Samsung FE. Isaac made the process simple and straight forward. He was very informative, answering all of my questions, and he also helped setup the new phone including put the screen protector on. Very grateful for his assistance. I was in and out with a new phone and line in under 20 min.

I think you can try the Verizon app or go into a store near you and ask for an application for employment
No that Verizon store is only Verizon cellular you need to look for a Verizon store that does Verizon fios/ home service
