She saved me hundreds of dollars and her customer service was outstanding impeccable. In this day and age with Covid and this customer service going through the floor Jennifer is like a ray of light at your local West Marine orlando location. She deserves a raise take note ownership

Very small store in a sketchy area. The staff is friendly, but they are more sales people than boaters. If you know what you are looking for, then you are good. If you have any boating questions, there's only a couple of employees who might know what you need. Especially if you are a sailboater. Recommend calling before you go as the store hours are different than their website.
