I don't have high expectations from a fast food joint in Claremont but I don't know what's worse... the employee's kids (because I'm the only customer here) running around yelling and playing tag inside the restaurant or hearing an employee shout "Try not to drop this order on the floor, okay?" from the kitchen. At least the entire staff isn't screaming at each other, about to get in a brawl like the last time I was here. On the other hand, shout out to the employee who came back from her break early to wait on me because nobody else was.

The food was cold and some what stale, the drive thru employee did not get our order right, and he didn't bother to make sure the order was right. Not horrible, but bad.

Tank Brotherhood

After waiting 30 minutes in line to get to the box (during which an employee came out to see how long the line was) we finally got to the box where I was informed that due to staffing issues they couldn't take my order. They took every car ahead but couldn't tell anyone or put a sign out saying this to as not waste customers time. I understand that staffing is a problem right now but this was the worst experience I've experience I've had with any restaurant to this point.
