When they lost my suit jacket I asked for reimbursement. I only asked for the sale price of the jacket, not even full price which is what I paid a few years ago. I tried several times to drop by and talk with someone but the main woman who runs the front desk is not able to understand much English. Finally I left a letter and my phone number with her and someone else called me and left a voicemail. They ultimately paid me for the suit jacket minus the cost of dry cleaning - the cost of dry cleaning the lost suit jacket! I will not ever go here again as I now know that if something goes wrong it will not be corrected in a fair manner.

Been going here on and off for three years. Almost every time there is something, usually it's that they can't find our clothes and the owner tries to convince us that we've "already picked up the order" and then they eventually find it filed under someone else's name or hidden in the back.. who knows. There's nothing close to our house so we've kept going but I highly recommend just driving a little further if you want consistent, quality customer service.
