Nikki was amazing in helping our family through my father's passing. There are people in this world with a level of empathy and compassion we forget still exist! God Bless the team there.

I can’t say enough about this funeral home. The whole staff was accommodating, kind and comforting. Rachel who was our personal arranger, made the most difficult thing I’ve had to go through easy and smooth. She answered my tireless questions and all through email as we had to make the arrangements from out of state. All the staff made sure everything was to the family’s liking before leaving us to have some alone time with our loved one. Everything was perfect and beautiful for our dad’s service.

My experience with this Funeral Home and especially Rachel Mayo was the most comforting part of a terrible experience. My sister died unexpectedly in FL and I needed to get her back to my state. I had no idea where to begin with this process, I was fortunate enough to have the hospital recommend Michels and Lundquist Funeral Home. Rachel Mayo was my point person and oh my I was in such good hands, she gently guided me through the paper work and her patience with any request was handled graciously. She is smart, compassionate and patient perfect attributes for her profession. She went above and beyond and was a light in a dark tunnel. Thank you again Rachel!!!!! Kristi Armstrong

Mr Ayers, Thank you for the inquiry. There were no services that we as the funeral homes were involved with. You may want to check with the family to see if there is anything being held privately.

I would like to know if you handled a service for my son's father recently name of Rickie Nelson Keith, April 2, 2021? DOB 04-30-1953

Ayers household, Yes, the cremation of Rickie Nelson Keith was performed by our company. Please contact us if you have further questions at this time. Thank you

Why was smoke being emitted into the air today at your crematorium? I thought you are suppose to have special burners for the environment.

Thank you for your concern. Normally, cremation does not produce smoke and if it does, the crematory can handle the emissions so that by the time it reaches the atmosphere, it is simply hot air. There are, however, times when the machine cannot handle the amount of emissions produced and smoke is released. Factors such as weight and containers the deceased is placed in have an effect. We are inspected and serviced by certified technicians annually as well as register the the Florida DEQ and hold a valid permit. It is concerning to us as the funeral home when this happens and we do our very best to keep this to a minimum. Again, thank you for your inquiry and know that we have addressed the issue

What charges are associated with your service? Do you have a selection of urns to be selected from?
