I have just recently moved into a condo which had an a.c./ heating unit installed by this company about a year ago by the prior owner. Since I was not aware of the exact condition of this unit currently, I called to have someone perform a maintenance checkup, which, by the way, was part of the warranty package paid for by the prior owner. Roland was the technician who showed up and he was prompt, very courteous, friendly, and thorough. When he opened the panel where the blower unit was located, he showed me how and where to check for mold and he also showed me how the device works to shut itself down if the condensation drain is not working. He was very informative and answered all the questions I had related to the this system in my residence. I was impressed by the maintenance check I received for my unit and I will definitely be using Gator in the future.

Hands down best company I have had to deal with since moving here, out of all my installation/remodeling/repairing etc projects in 3 different homes. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. Everyone that works here is professional and are just nice, hard-working people. The owner is involved every step up the way. Very responsive and answers all your questions. They took care of everything exactly the way the said they would Prices were reasonable, warranty is awesome, and I am over the moon satisfied!!!

Thank you for sending Derrick to service my AC Who was so helpful in explaining in detail all components previously installed and how well all were working...What a blessing to hear good news...He explained me needing one more thing to help AC to work more efficiently for $95.00 but at this time of year and me just getting over surgery was a financial hardship. Derrick was polite and understanding and was never pushy in this matter ...so next visit I will be hopefully able to have this installed .I am thankful for Gator Mechanical for their honest, helpful employee As Derrick...Feel very Blessed..Thank You!

We’ve used them in the past and the experience had always been great. This most recent experience warrants a 1/5. I placed a service call at 5:13 and almost three hours later we still had not received so much as a phone call back from a technician. I called again to check the status and was basically told they will try again. No apology, no remorse, nothing. The customer service has definitely gone down hill.
