The quality is far superior to most other products in the same line and service at this store is far beyond any experience I have had in any other store offering Office related furniture and products.

Customer service was extremely polite professional and understanding to my needs and concerns . Assisted me with forms that I was required to sign and scan back for a position at a company . These were critical and had to be sign and sent/ scan quickly.

I go here for basic stuff like boxes, ink, paper, etc. I've never had issues with selection, availability,or staff. There's always someone asking me if I need help, though I usually don't. But the staff has always been pleasant. Ive never needed them for major purchases like buying a printer or laptop. And I know the print shop has gotten dinged in reviews for bad service. But like I said, I've never had a problem. Sometimes it does take a little while to check out, but that's anywhere in Florida, basically.
