This "state farmers market" was conveniently located off the exit, but was inconveniently nonexistent ...at 11am on a Saturday....

The Suwannee Valley State Farmers Market is predominantly a packing and distribution market where local farmers who rent can use the warehouses on site. The phone number has been updated: 386- 234- 6027
The office hours are Mon- Fri 8-5, excluding holidays. This is a packing and distribution market mostly. It is used by local farmers, currently none of them are selling individually. Yes, but you should call or email for delivery and pick up hours. It is not exactly like a home town "farmers market". If you are looking for a place to shop and buy produce, you may be disappointed, as it is more for farmers, produce buyers & sellers.
