What good is a curbside order option if the number to let them know you've arrived doesn't connect? What good is a pickup time if you have to wait 15 minutes past the stated time to even be acknowledged? Then to wait another 30 minutes for the order to be ready. 0/10, will not be coming back.

So sad this location has gone down the drain. Sometimes it's open other times it's closed. Very disorganized, according to several people in management (they've changed managers a lot) the company does Not care at all. Many times I would go to place an order and they would say they were out of meat, or out of chicken. Put in complaints on their corporate website nothing gets done. Only ones to respond were the different store managers and they would offer me discount or a complementary meal which I never used. It is such a shame cause I've been eating at Boston market for over 20 years always loved how they offer healthy options and fast. Very very disappointed with the company over all.

My experience with this particular restaurant has been less than stellar. I came in on a Wednesday night and was promptly informed by an employee that there was a 25 minute wait on chicken. I thought rotisserie chicken was Boston Market’s bread and butter. I don’t think I should have to wait 25 minutes for a menu item that’s basically this franchise’s “star of the show”. When the chicken was finally ready, I placed my order and was told that the medium size cups don’t have lids. I settled on getting large. I would’ve thought for the inconvenience they would’ve charged me for medium and allow me to have a large… no dice. Since my order was to go, I was surprise there was no cornbread in my bag when I got home. Weirdly enough when I was placing my order through the Boston Market app, It explained that cornbread was no extra charge and came complementary with the meal. It’ll be a while before I come back… If at all.

No delivery, but maybe there is an UberEats or GrubHub delivery service in the area.
It is open, but the landscaping has not been tended, the men's restroom and a couple of other areas were in need of maintenance. The sign on the door said "masks required " but the guy who dished up the food wasn't wearing one and another employee wore one as a chinstrap. Serving sizes seem to have gone down and prices up. Not all menu items were available.
I will be participating but I will be at Boston Market tomorrow. I keep a BOGO lol
Maybe you can get it from a grocery store if you ask them to save it for you.
