Decided to try Perkins. We were slowly seated and given the option to choose the booth. Both had torn seat cushions and ended up getting a one that must have been hastily wiped down as I found a source of syrup. We placed our drink and food orders, our sweet teas were unsweetened and our waitress gladly fixed the mistake but somehow made the mistake again when she refilled our beverages. We were in your restaurant for approximately 50 minutes and successfully got the wrong drinks. The staff had our food order for 35-40 minutes and we finally gave up. They are slow to seat you, slow to cook your meal and they were slow to work the register. Management, close the restaurant for a couple weeks, Clean the carpets, replace cushions, ceiling tiles need replaced, pressure wash the exterior including the area between the kitchen and dumpsters as it's a brown spot in the pavement, reseal the asphalt and repaint the lines, take down and change the window graphics which seem like they have been up too long. Get a manager to help direct staff. During our visit numerous staff seemed to just be casually walking around. Partially avoiding customers. There should never be a wait or a line forming at the register either.

Waited 45 minutes as we watched food being delivered to tables that arrived after us. Pancakes eggs and potatoes… 45 minutes… was the cook chasing down the chickens? Noone to greet us and had to even wait at the counter to ask if we had to pay for the drinks. Will be the last time we try Perkins in Bartow. There might have been 8-10 people in the whole place. No excuse for this bad service. Waitress came back smelling like cigarettes We make better pancakes at home🤣

Where do I even start server forgot our onion ring order, charged us a 1.00 for the soup that should have been no cost the poor other server had to get my husband his refill and my food was well past over cooked burnt potato cakes, my over easy egg more like well cooked. We 100% will not be back.

Getting more and more disappointed with this restaurant. No butter, no powder sugar, no syrup and burnt. Today is Mon July 5. Tried calling and the phone just rang. The food is normally great and service is ok. But the cook today is way off. And who ever packs the to go is also way off. Not cool at all.

Yes they are. My company already ordered for the employees that are working on Christmas Day.
