The food I had at this location yesterday was the best S&S I've had in 41 years. The cheeseburgers, fries, and shake were all beyond incredible. A+

I was very disappointed with Steak and Shake. You get better service at fast food restaurants. You have to order at a kiosk now. When your food is ready they call your name and you go to the counter to get it. No waitresses anymore. Then when your done you clear the table yourself. If I had wanted to wait on myself I would eat at home.

Decided to come in with my Lady and found that Steak n Shake has lost everything that made it Steak n Shake. The servers were fired, the quality of their food when into the toilet, and the customer service was the worst ever. I will most likely not return and strongly advise the management to bring back the REAL Steak n Shake.

Gus kindly and patiently helped us with the ordering kiosk which is rather confusing. Please thank him for me! Food was very good.
