I ordered the Free Beverage 12pc Bucket online under my bf’s name since he was picking it up for me. When I received my order, the sides were wrong and the drink was wrong. When I called the restaurant- after double checking I had the right location- the lady who answered told me they didn’t have an order under that name and told me it was impossible that he picked it up through the drive thru. But he did, and I have my food. She started asking everyone if they gave out an order through the drive thru and again told me it was impossible. I then put my bf on the phone so he could explain that he did go through the drive thru and they even confirmed his name. She hung up. I had to call back twice to get through and she told me that there’s no order and it wasn’t possible so she wasn’t going to argue with a customer. I was purposely very even toned when I called because I know what it’s like working at a restaurant on a busy night. There was no arguing. But regardless, it is not professional to hang up on a customer, because you refuse to believe something happened. How else did I get my food? I asked her if there was another kfc on memorial, because I did verify that this was the phone number before calling. Finally, she said if I “can find proof” and bring it in, she’ll fix my order. I was exasperated and sputtered a little, because I have no way of going back in tonight. Hearing that, she then said, , “if you did order, then the proof should be on your email”. I explained that I have the email, but I can not come in tonight. She then stated that when I’m able to come in and if I bring the proof that she’ll fix it. I said thank you. Food wise, the biscuits are great, but mashed potatoes aren’t cooked completely, they’re watery. Chicken is kind of greasy and soggy. I’ll stick to my usual location. I’ve attached proof of my order and that this is indeed the correct location.

This place is awesome not only do you have the option to get KFC but you can get Taco Bell at the same drive-thru window and their food was fresh and workers were very friendly

The food is great, when they have it! Every time I go to the one on memorial Blvd in Lakeland they are out of chicken, or sweet tea or anything that I want.. I love the out pies, but they are always our.. smh

The worst service ever stood at the counter for 15 minutes before they even acknowledged I was there Then it takes almost 30 minutes to get 2 large macaroni and cheese since this particular KFC had no chicken With service this bad they should just close the restaurant Avoid at all cost
