Very pleasantly surprised. There were three employees in the store. A guy a girl and the manager. Marino I think was the managers name. We had him running like crazy and he was so friendly and helpful. I wear large size shoes and he was the only person at any store that sat down and helped me find what I wanted online. Very pleased and will definitely be back. Awesome crew that worked well together. Better selection than the last couple of times I went to foot locker! They have sales racks with a mix of sizes and styles. I hate going to downtown Pittsburgh because of parking but my stop there and made it worth the trip!!

Brought my adult son in to buy shoes. He picked 3 different pairs....none of them in his size. So disappointing. He almost seemed annoyed. I get that its downtown and a rough gig but if you can't help your customer or keep shoes in stock then I'm not sure what your doing

Says open till 6, went at 4, they would not let my friend and I in. We tried to get their attention to see if new covid hours, they said no and were extremely rude. This just happened. Could have easily came over and said they were closing early. Instead, I got a hand gesture- not pleasing.
