When I first visited 10 years ago the food was awesome but now with so many new owners and new staff this place sorry to say sucks now the food looks like it's been re-fired it doesn't taste fresh the rice looks brown not yellow the way it's supposed to be the chicken wings are dry and toasty from the frying to many time when people don't pickup their order they reheat that order and sell it to you. And the prices are over the top. I drive an extra half hour to China bell on 192 Kissimmee if I want fresh Chinese food and good quality.

Completely inedible fried dumplings. Normally this place is very good but this is unacceptable. Do not order these, they need to do better. Me and my family are extremely unsatisfied.

Every time we get it it's normal great however today we asked for chicken and shrimp fried rice because my family can't have pork we got our food 10 minutes after we were supposed and surprise it had pork... We sat out side and had to pick the pork out and the guy taking our order was extremely rude for no damn reason

Worst customer service! I’ve received an expired soda the last 3 times I was here. I’ve given them the benefit of the doubt specifically asked my son to make sure they check and of course another expired soda. I called all they can say is sorry. My son literally seen them check the fridge and they took many sodas out of the fridge for being expired . Makes you think what else is expired. I ordered at least once a week this is the last time. I asked for a manager and they did not get on the phone . Employee just kept saying my manage said, my manager said. Very unprofessional and horrible customer service. I will spend my money somewhere else moving forward.
