They are super slow, overbooking appointments I've been waiting 2 hours to pick someone up

Three hours after my appointment time I still haven't been seen. I thought scheduling two appointments on my off day 4 hours apart from each other would be enough, but apparently not. This is the poorest run office I've ever seen, and after having run medical offices for 10 years that's saying something. There are HIPAA violations everywhere - procedures performed with doors open, computer monitors with no privacy screens (I saw 3 different people's medical records just while having intake done), it took 50 minutes for me to even be given paperwork to fill out, I was left alone in a room with an unlocked computer showing a patients record on a system I had JUST told the person I used to use for years (and so would be able to easily navigate) and surprise! There's a second waiting room past the first one so don't get excited when they call you. Not to mention the medical assistant taking my information admitted at the outset that she barely spoke English but that she'd try. These people have no idea what they're doing and it's frightening that people who went through medical training think that any of this is ok.

There is no way you get your doctor on time scheduled. On my last 3 visits delay has been 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Today’s appointment was at 12:15. Vitals cheques on time but is 1:35pm, seems everyone is un lunch….? This is my last time at this place. Shame on you.

I have been treating myself for 3 years together with my children with Dr. Ramirez who I have no complaints about her, she is an excellent professional but I cannot say the same about her front staff, in this year the staff who take care of you in front is lousy and arrogant. They never have appointments available and they cannot attend you without an appointment and when you have an appointment scheduled 2 months in advance they call you to cancel it because the Dr. will not be there but they cannot accommodate you with one of the Dr. in the office.

It is a shame, I have been with Dr. Emilio Jimenez for 5 years not only I, my mother, my daughters, I have not left this clinic just for the Dr. but today I reached my limit, the staff who attends the pure office manager Incompetent people, they do not solve anything, they make you wait for hours, you arrive at your appointment and they tell you that you are a patient without an appointment, they want to see you with another doctor and the person in charge tells you to excuse her and already, I have been referred since May Waiting for him and they gave me a complete disaster in October, I'm going to another clinic with better service and care for their patients
The time assigned as the appointment is to pay the deductible, they are very punctual in that regard.
