Only giving a one because it won't let me give negative stars. Seriously considering calling a News Channel or something. Worst customer service I've ever had, they don't respond to calls or emails and no one seems to be in charge. Signed the contract in February, still don't have solar, and being contacted by the loan company to make payments on something I don't even have. Don't get Sunrun! Don't do it! Batista the salesman has been the only good thing about my dealings with Sunrun thus far everything after him has been terrible.

I need my panels removed to have my roof replaced. Vivint installed our panels 6 years ago and they are fully paid for. We’ve been trying to contact Sunrun since April to no avail. Emails sent, phone calls made, voice mails sent and NO ONE HAS RESPONDED. This is unacceptable business management or lack of management.

The install was such an easy and enjoyable experience. The crew was very professional and definitely knew what they were doing. Nothing was left behind. Everything was cleaned up. One of the panels was hit with a golf ball and Shanna had it taken care of immediately. Really impressed with Sun Run to date!

I got solar panels after listening to Nadieshka the agent who came to my house. I was able to understand fully the way solar power works and the advantage of having solar panels. I am very happy with it and looking forward to the cut in price. I would recommend anyone to let Sunrun be there solar panel company.
