Can't get their act together. We bought as house with warranty and services transferred. Needed some work done on the AC. First call took the information and sent me to dispatch where no one answered. I called back and a different person was rude beyond belief. Wouldn't let me finish explaining why I called, dismissed the other service rep response and then dismissed me. They may have installed the unit but they have terrible customer service and have no interest in honoring contracts. Run away as fast as possible.

Great service, I got the annual check-up for my central ac and heat pump. The cost was reasonable and the previous company "All weather had my business since the purchase of this unit Amana, not anymore. Thank you Suter Air and I will recommend you for all to use.

I have used this company for a few years now. They actually installed my new heating/air conditioning unit. I also took advantage of the bi-yearly service contract. I have been very pleased with each technician that has serviced my unit. Today my technician was Chad. I was curious about the conditions he might find so I watched him for a good period of time. I can honestly say I have never had such a thorough checkup and cleaning of my system. I really do appreciate his work plus the knowledge of care that he passed on to me. Thanks Chad.

Thank you very much! We’re here anytime you need us!

My fan keeps running in auto and removal of thermostat. The tech was out Thursday but the issue has returned. Can you help once again?

If you have a newer unit with what's called an ECM motor then it's likely the motor needs to be replaced. If the unit is 10 years or so older it could be one of several problems. A tech can verify if it's doing it while there.
