The store was clean and smelled great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They spoke both English and Portuguese, which worked for the group I was with. The food and drinks came out relatively quickly and everything was brought right to our table. The pizzas were cooked perfectly to our liking. Soft on top and just a little crispy on the bottom, so the slices didn't flop all over the place. The toppings were of great quality as well. We got 2 small pizzas and a small dessert pizza. That was enough for 4 people. We loved the food and will be going back for sure!

Unfortunately, I made an order at 7:37 pm and 9:07 pm I called them and asked about my order. First, the person said they would take 15 minutes to deliver. However, I live 10 minutes from the pizzeria. Then, they asked what I had ordered, and the person said that it was in the way again. I wondered how long, but there was no clarification. But at this moment checked my bank account, and they had charged already. Then the person put me on hold, and then a third person came to the phone and told me that my order was not sent to the kitchen, and they offered to return the money or wait for about 30 minutes to get my order. 😡😡 I will keep checking my bank account to check if my money was returning, but they handled the situation exceptionally poorly! And they didn’t like of my post on Facebook page, they blocked myself topmost any comments!!

They make great pizza here, which is the only thing we’ve tried. Planning to try some of the Brazilian BBQ stuff, it looked pretty good when I stopped in today. Good food, good prices, no frills kind of place.

As of right now I don't know who is there for old staff you may have to stop by and see if they're still there
No he did not say who was going to stay for help but from what he told me is that the food is supposed to be exactly the same he's been running that place for 11 years working 7 days a week he's just burnt out
Yes the original owner sold it I spoke with him he sold it to a Brazilian guy in the food is supposed to be the same it should be opening this week or next week
i was wondering if anyone knows if Rosso’s is closed because they are on vacation or because it was sold. I was just told that they sold it again, I hope it’s not true last time that happened it was a disastered. The food and service was awful, I love the food and the staff here.
