Getting a quote was fast and easy and not as intimidating compared to some of the other salespersons that I had spoke with. Lester Skidmore was professional, and to the point, actually listening to the issues we were having instead of trying to sell me off the first thing he had which was what I had previously experienced with other companies. I already knew I needed a whole new system, as the old system was a junk eBay system that looks like it was installed by a poorly followed YouTube instruction (seller of my home was a house flipper). Lester came out and was able to quickly set us up with exactly what we were looking for, and scheduled installers to come out the following Monday. He even left his personal contact number and responds to questions on the fly. Outstanding customer service all around. Installers were professional and super tidy, prettier sure my floor was left cleaner than it was before they arrived… system works great, and just even looks like it was installed professionally. Would recommend to anyone wrestling with multiple quotes on the market today. They say you get what you pay for, I feel like we got a little more than what was promised. (I’m not complaining)

I don't normally write reviews but felt like I had to after the outstanding service I received. I was in the process of selling my condo and after an inspection was done the buyer wanted the AC pad replaced. I called ARS and they sent over Andrew within a couple hours. Andrew assessed the situation, educated me on the process, and was able to get the pad installed the next day for a great price. As promised, the next day the installers, Clayton and Deshawn were extremely professional and got the job done. They even replaced the old liquid line dryer! I'm happy with the timely service and would definitely recommend.

Oh! One of the best air conditioning service yet! They are on time, professional, courteous and polite. To install my A/C took two people! Whereas PRO-MAG service had about five or Six people and I thought that was normal until these guys came and two people installed it within three hours to four even built new brick stand for outdoor unit. I was so happy to see it. The maintenance guy is only one person when there were two from the other company that took longer. I recommend this service to be one of the best. It was a great experience! Try them! You will be happy you did!

What can I say, other than, wow. I made an appointment and they were at my house the same day. Josh was amazing, let me know all my issues and explained all my best options. Needed to replace my AC and he helped me set that up as well. And guess what, the sales tech Gabriel was out at the property no later than one hour from that moment, same day to help figure out everything I would need. Gave a few quotes for a few different options and gave me a military discount as well (since I am a vet). Do you know what else? They were at my place the next day bright and early to install my new AC. If that’s not top-notch service I don't know what is. The guys that did the install were also very professional and did an amazing job. I have nothing but good things to say, highly recommend. If you need someone to check out your AC ask for Josh and if you need to replace your unit ask for Gabriel. Five-star service all the way. On top of all that... guess what else - remember how I said I had two options and I went with one over the other? The reason why was because it was beyond my budget for sure, so I went with the more economical choice. But as a huge surprise to me they ended up upgrading me to the better option for free! I mean come on how can I not be happy. I'm not sure about some of these other negative reviews. Each person I interacted with explained everything to me in detail and there was always an emphasis on customer satisfaction. To the point if you’re not 100% happy they will remove everything they did and give you a full refund within one year if you are not happy. How many companies will do that? Not many that I have dealt with. As far as AC installation and maintenance I don’t think you can go wrong with them. What I do recommend though is always get the longest warranty you can get that includes parts and labor. It cost a little more but the peace of mind is so worth it.
