They are nice and professional. Was able to get an out of state issue solved quickly without any problems! Thanks!

The first and last time I will ever go to a Publix pharmacy. I dropped off my prescription and as a first time patient they created a new profile for me. They lady was extremely rude when questioning if I had any allergies to medication. She made it seem as I was the only person to be allergic to amoxicillin as she responded in a sarcastic voice. I was then told my prescription would be ready in one hour. About 30 mins later I received a call from the pharmacy and was told my prescription would not be filled. She accused me and my dentist of submitting a “sketchy” prescription. She was very rude on the call an told me to pick up my prescription paper. When I went back to pick up my prescription paper it was torn into pieces and given back to me in a plastic zip lock bag. I took the same prescription to CVS where the staff was friendly and I had no issues. I would NOT recommend going to this Publix pharmacy as they wasted my time, the staff was rude and most importantly they refused to fill my prescription after telling me it would ready in one hour.

Always an awful experience at this location. Long waits only to be told it was “over 10 days and the prescription was sent back”. No, it wasn’t. I have the text you sent me yesterday saying it was ready. Staff is generally rude and short mannered. I highly recommend using a different location.
