I've been on prescription medication since I was 8 years old, and only switched to Publix for my pharmacy a few months back and it's been a painless experience working with them. If I need a prescription refilled, it's done incredibly quickly. Sometimes, my provider can be a pain to deal with and the pharmacists and techs here do an amazing job of handling my doctor's office and identifying potential delays or problems before they arise, so that they can be dealt with by me or my doctor quickly. I also went to get my covid booster and flu shot here and signing up was easy and I had practically no wait when I came for my appointment. I've had plenty of bad experiences elsewhere so I think it's important to make note that Publix has been exceptional. I'd like to add that Derek in the pharmacy is always very helpful and patient when I have questions.

Every time I go in to get my meds, there’s Pharmacist named PAUL that judges me harshly and seems aggravated that I’m even there... I’ve used different pharmacies before but they are extremely expensive compared to Publix; so I will be switching, I’m writing this review because I called in today to call and ask what time they’re closing due to the covid19 hours varying, and he told me “I leave at 9” as a response, and when I asked if I could see if my prescription was ready, I was flatly told “you know you can check that on the app right” as if me calling was just inconveniencing them. If I have to pick up my prescription 2-3 days early, it’s never a problem for any other pharmacy technician except him for some reason, as I was told the policy was 5 days beforehand and because of this he makes it appear as if I’m drug seeking; I resent being treated this way and I dread going to the pharmacy when I see him at the counter. I’m a human being, Paul.

Horrible! It's been almost a week since my doctor submitted my prescription and they still cannot fill the script. Don't use Publix you'll probably be dead by the time you get the prescription.
