I wasted my time coming on a date, because I arrived and they took care of other people without an appointment. Bad service, irresponsible and play with one's time. Second time I waste my time coming to a Wells Fargo.

Wildly unhelpful and rude staff at an overall scummy and scammy bank. If you want a bank where you will have to constantly fight with them and file claims just to make sure they aren’t just actively stealing from you (something Wells Fargo is known to do) then this is the bank for you! When you call the bank on the phone, they won’t take you seriously until you bring up the multiple cases and articles of Wells Fargos shady business practices. But don’t worry! If you go in in person you’ll get a rude Russian lady who either has no idea how to do her job, or will just straight up lie to your face about charges and make up bogus reasons why they are there, when someone on the phone has already clarified what they are! The overall manager at the location seems nice enough, but it doesn’t make up for the overall mess

I’ve been looking for a reason to leave Wells Fargo and bank elsewhere, and I’ve found it. I was trying to cash my husbands check from work so it would be available in time for rent (Memorial Day is on Monday) since the app usually takes a few days, and by then it wouldn’t be in my account in time. The first woman I dealt with was decent enough, but the tone totally changed when I said I was cashing this for my husband, and the tone was ignorance. Then the manager woman comes in and is also wildly unhelpful and unwelcoming. My mom has ALWAYS cashed checks for my dad and they don’t share the same last name, or bank account. I’ll be taking my money to a bank that is inclusive for EVERYONE. Note Wells Fargo is NOT LGBTQ friendly...

I'm still giving a great rating. I was with my client for her banking needs. One of the tellers really needed to exercise better customer relations. Her tone of voice was enough to tell me that when I ask about a bathroom and her answer was sorry, that was a big I don't care. I was vocal myself but honestly if you like your job it will show!
