Management is great! You see the manager and maintenance always walking around. Last place I rented I NEVER saw the manager. I haven't had any issues in my 4 years living here. Needs cleaned up. I was a resident there 6 years ago and it never looked so dumpy the trash was all over the place when I went there to visit a friend of mine and I've been told by others to stay away from there because the drugs are so bad there. It sure wasn't like that when I lived there and if I ever moved back to WV Sable Point was the place I wanted to come back to. It just made me sad to have looked around and seen the trash and the breezeway's not painted. My friend has been there for many of years and she can't even get new carpet. That wasn't like that neither when I lived there. I just wished it looked the same as it use to. Best Regards
